Longboat Arms Guidelines
Longboat Arms Collection Schedule of Regular Pickup Days – All items to be placed curbside by 7:00 a.m. on collection day.
- Garbage: Tuesday (and Friday during ‘the season’)
- Recyclables: Monday
- Yard Waste: Wednesday
- Please help us control garbage room odors by using drawstring or secure tie-up garbage bags and not Supermarket, Publix, or Wal-Mart plastic grocery bags for garbage disposal.
- Do not put chairs, appliances, furniture, or construction waste in the dumpsters.
- We have limited recycle space so please dispose of most corrugated cardboard items in the dumpsters. Please break down and flatten all cardboard boxes.
- Do not overfill the dumpsters. Overfull dumpsters subject Longboat Arms to surcharges and can end up costing us a lot extra – or worse – Waste Management may decline to empty an overfull dumpster for safety reasons.
