Covid-19 Update

On May 3, 2021, Gov. Ron DeSantis issued Executive Order 2021-102. It suspends all remaining local government mandates and restrictions based on the COVID-19 state of emergency.

Longboat Key Town Manager Tom Harmer said the public can enter Town Hall without a mask as of Monday, May 17, 2021.

Therefore, please be advised that the special Covid-19 rules adopted by the board to protect the residents are suspended effective immediately.

The mask mandate is removed from the elevators and laundry rooms, and the pool and grill area will resume under our general house rules. However, we still encourage social distancing.

The clubhouse also reopens immediately. Owners are reminded that the clubhouse is not to be used as an extension of your unit. Storage of excess ‘stuff’ will not be permitted and the refrigerator is not to be used to store food except for authorized group functions.

The clubhouse can still be reserved for special functions by notifying PCM and submitting a $100 refundable security deposit.

Owners are reminded that day visitors invited to use our amenities are not permitted if the owners or renters are not in residence.

Kind regards,
Board of Directors
